Visit Orlando Will Unveil ‘Unbelievably Real’ Mural for #407Day

Visit Orlando and the Orlando Economic Partnership will unveil a new mural in downtown Orlando to celebrate #407Day on Friday, April 7th at 10:30am.

Designed by local Orlando artist Clark Orr, the mural is an initiative that is part of the region’s “Unbelievably Real” brand platform, a first-of-its-kind partnership between the two organizations developed to speak to leisure travelers, meeting planners, workforce talent and business audiences.

The mural will be located at Pine Street and Orange Avenue in downtown Orlando. The closest parking options are the Garland Ave Lot (25 S. Garland Ave) or the 55 West Garage (60 W Pine St).

The #407Day celebration, inspired by Orlando’s longtime area code, has evolved through the years to encourage residents to support and celebrate their favorite local businesses by sharing posts and photos on their social media channels using #407Day.

Visit Orlando President & CEO Casandra Matej will be joined by City of Orlando Mayor Buddy Dyer, Orange County Mayor Jerry Demings, Orlando Economic Partnership President & CEO Tim Giuliani, and representatives from the Orlando Downtown Development Board and community stakeholders, including mural designer and Orlando resident Clark Orr. City of Orlando Poet Laureate Shawn Welcome will deliver a special poem for #407Day and the Unbelievably Real mural debut.
