Well I have to tell you. I’ve seen a lot of stuff at conventions of science fiction/horror but this one tops them all for being the funniest thing I’ve had the pleasure to view. The babes are nice but the acting is hilarious while the story is just plain laughable. Case in point. One of the babes gets a call from the hospital that tells her her sister was raped and is in critical condition in a coma. Her response is ludicrous. She asks is she all right. Or in a bar a guy talks to one of the biker babes and tells her she is so hot. Later she kills him in a dark alley. The monster that is supposed to be a vampire is funny beyond words. I loved the doughnut-toting cop who leans out of his car window with a big round one in his mouth as the biker babes pass by. To me he is the best part of the show because he is intended to be a satire on real cops and doughnuts. His acting is good and the sheriff is believable. Now, about the babes. When they become vampires it appeared to me that they were more like werewolves than vampires. They walk around in the daylight and the monster they become had me laughing for several minutes. The locations of real bars around the state of Florida are cool.
Maybe I am a little jaded because I had this same feeling when I watched “The Blair Witch Project.” While others were frightened I was rolling in laughter. This one has the same effect on me but more so because the dialogue was just too funny for me. Prepare yourself to laugh from the opening moments to the final minutes of this fun film. This is the first of a series of biker babe movies. This one is the comedy movie of the year.
