A University of South Florida (USF) student, upset with fellow students for being disruptive in class, was arrested on charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon on Tuesday, police said.
David Gerald Moseley, 19, of Ocoee, believed several students were too talkative and being disruptive in an evening class and asked a professor to remove them.

USF Police officers who were investigating the incident tracked down Moseley, who was still in possession of the knife.
Moseley was arrested around 11:00 pm on Tuesday night and charged with aggravated assualt with a deadly weapon. He was transported to the Hillsborough County Central Booking Facilities. Bond was set at $2,000.
