A local celebration aiming to bring communities together for the Presidential Inauguration of President Barack Obama is being hosted by the Women of Color Leadership Coalition and the Black, Latino & Puerto Rican Alliance for Justice of Florida. The theme of the night is “Let’s Take the Next Step” with the aim to keep Central Florida moving forward.
The inauguration gala begins on Monday, January 21st, 2013 and runs from 6:30 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. The gala takes place at Doubletree by Hilton Orlando Downtown, located on 60 S. Ivanhoe Blvd Place. The deadline is approaching to purchase tickets for the Unity Presidential Inauguration Gala. Tickets will be sold up until Wednesday, January 16th, 2013 and will be $35 per person.
The attire recommended is semi-formal. All are welcome.
