Authorities have found the man who they say shot and killed his wife and daughter’s boyfriend in Kissimmee.
55-year-old Kevin Satterfield was apprehended in a hotel on Tuesday night in a hotel in Louisiana, according to news reports.
Osceola County Sheriff’s detectives say, Satterfield shot and killed his wife, 53-year-old Vicki Satterfield, and 27-year-old Christian Martinez, his daughter’s boyfriend, early on Tuesday morning. Investigators also said, he shot at his 21-year-old daughter who is eight months pregnant.
The shooting took place at 107 Coral Reef Circle and police said, another adult female, a child and infant were also in the residence at the time, but they were not injured.
Details of Satterfield’s apprehension are sketchy, but he is expected to be extradicted back to Kissimmee shortly.
It is unclear what led to Satterfield becoming unhinged. But, there are reports that he lost his job at a Cumberland Farms convenience store last year.
Satterfield has been charged with two counts of first degree murder and one count of attempted murder.
