Two men were arrested after a series of vehicle burglaries in Kissimmee.
The Kissimmee Police Department arrested Erick Rivera-Santos and Genaro Vazquez-Maristani following an investigation into a series of vehicle burglaries that occurred in the area of Sunny Street and Summit Court.
Detectives located one of the stolen vehicles and conducted a felony stop, where Rivera-Santos was taken into custody.
Kissimmee Police said that a search warrant executed during the Central Florida investigation led to the recovery of multiple stolen items, including a stolen handgun.
According to local law enforcement, Rivera-Santos was charged with occupied burglary, while Vazquez-Maristani faced possession related charges.
