The indictments were handed down: Latravius Jacobs was charged with First-Degree Felony Murder, Vehicular Homicide, Carjacking and Burglary with Assault while Armed, and Travis McBride was charged with First-Degree Premeditated Murder and Tampering with Physical Evidence.
The first case was that of Latravius Jacobs. The defendant is accused of committing an armed carjacking at a motel off of Ridgewood Avenue in Daytona Beach on December 14, 2023.
