Tampa Police are searching for two men who robbed a Circle K at gunpoint early on Thursday morning, making off with money from the cash register. The armed robbery was caught on high quality video.

Police said that the suspects entered the Circle K on 4801 West Gandy Boulevard, and briefly surveyed the store. One of the suspects, a Hispanic male checked the restroom and then entered the back office. He pointed a gun at two of the employees and demanded money from the safe. The store clerks told the suspect that the safe was at the front counter and they could not open it. He ordered them to the checkout counter.
At the same time, the other suspect, a black male ordered another employee to the counter. Both suspects removed money from the store’s cash registers and cartons of Newport cigarettes. The Hispanic male also took a purse that was under the counter. The suspects fled out of the front door to the north side of the business.
No one was injured during the robbery.
Suspect # 1: Hispanic Male, 5’9” – 6’0”, 20-25 years old, stocky build. Last seen wearing a navy blue hoodie with “Tigers” imprinted on the front, orange/yellow shirt under the hoodie, gray cargo shorts and white shoes.
Suspect # 2: Black Male, 5’10” – 6’1” 20-25 years old, stocky build. Last seen wearing a gray knit cap, black leather jacket with a black shirt underneath, faded blue jeans and dark colored casual shoes with white soles.
