President Donald J. Trump released a video exposing Democratic President Joe Biden’s “senseless plan” to revoke Title 42, an “insane decision” that Trump says will lead to dangerous individuals flooding across the border. Trump insists the Biden decision will bring “mayhem and chaos into American communities.”
“Under my leadership, we had the most secure border in U.S. history by far,” President Trump said. “We replaced catch and release with detain and deport. One of my most successful policies was Title 42, which allowed for instant expulsion of any illegal alien who crossed our borders— anybody, if they were bad, we got them out. We got them out fast. When I take the oath of office on January 20, 2025, we will immediately begin the process of fully securing the border and removing the illegal aliens Joe Biden has unlawfully allowed to break into our country.”
President Trump has called on Congress to immediately choke off and terminate all funding for catch and release, and he pledged to immediately begin the process of fully securing the border and removing the illegal aliens, once back in the White House.
President Trump said he secured America’s southern border and he will wage war on the deadly cartels once he returns to the Oval Office. Meanwhile, the Trump campaign says President Biden has “handed over complete control of the U.S. southern border to the dangerous cartels and put American communities on the frontline.”
As a direct contrast, President Trump has pledged to “shut down Biden’s border disaster.” He will again end catch-and-release, restore Remain in Mexico, and eliminate asylum fraud.
President Trump’s plan to secure the border includes a commitment to declare war and defeat the cartels, just as President Trump did with ISIS.
In addition to restoring strong border security, President Trump will deploy all necessary military assets, including the U.S. Navy to impose a full naval embargo on the cartels.
President Trump has also committed to direct the Department of Defense to make appropriate use of special forces, cyber warfare, and other overt and covert actions to inflict maximum damage on cartel leadership, infrastructure, and operations.
President Trump has pledged to designate the dangerous cartels as foreign terrorist organizations, to curb their access to global financial systems.
Additionally, President Trump has vowed to form an unprecedented partnership with neighboring governments in our region to defeat these cartels. President Trump is prepared to take every action, including exposing every bribe, payoff, and corruption that is allowing the cartels to continue their brutal reign.
President Trump said he will also work with Congress to pass legislation that ensures drug smugglers and human traffickers receive the death penalty.
The U.S. Border Patrol has reported three times as many illegal border crossings under Biden’s administration than took place under President Trump. The Biden administration continues to break records for historic illegal border crossings, with over 5.5 million illegal border crossings since taking office.
On average, more than 200,000 illegal immigrants – equivalent to the population of Salt Lake City – are crossing our border every single month, according to reports.
In his first year in office, Biden signed nearly 90 executive orders undoing Trump border and immigration policies. Republicans claim President Biden has encouraged unending migration. Trump is also slamming Biden for taking unilateral executive mass amnesty and issuing work permits for 30,000 new illegals every month before they even reach our borders, as migrants are able to apply for entry from a mobile app.
As a result, Trump says foreign nationals from around the world and deadly drugs continue to flow across the southern border.
“In Joe Biden’s America, 300 people are poisoned with fentanyl each day,” the Trump campaign pointed out.
The Trump campaign said that under Biden’s watch, record amounts of deadly fentanyl have entered the country through ports of entry and illegal border crossings. This will likely be a top issue heading into the presidential election. Last year alone, agents seized enough fentanyl to kill more than the entire population of the United States.
Trump also blames the Biden administration for reviving the “catch-and-release” policy, which the Republican said is sparking a surge in illegal border crossings since Biden has taken office.
Now, amid record numbers of illegal border crossings, the Biden administration plans to repeal Title 42, which immigration officials have used more than 2.5 million times at the southern border to expel migrants to Mexico or their home countries. At least 98 known or suspected terrorists attempted to cross the southern border in 2022, which doesn’t include any “gotaways.” Last year, federal agents uncovered a plot by a known ISIS-affiliated immigrant to smuggle four Iraqi nationals across the open border.
Trump also hit Vice President Kamala Harris, who is Biden’s border czar, for allowing Northern Triangle nations – El Salvador, Guatemala, and Honduras – “to violate America’s sovereignty” while receiving record foreign aid.
The Trump campaign is also connecting the immigration crisis and border problem to the issue of crime, saying that since Joe Biden took office, convicted-criminal-alien encounters including rapes, murders, and assaults have increased by 466% in the United States.

Those who trespassed into our country could be immediately sent back to the place from which they came. Every would-be illegal border crosser knew that with Donald Trump in the White House, our border was closed, it was absolutely closed, and they had no chance of getting in and therefore they didn’t come.
When Joe Biden came into office, he terminated every successful border policy that was put into place including Remain in Mexico, one of the best of them all, deliberately throwing open the borders and instituting catch and release and resettling untold millions and millions of illegal aliens into the United States. They’re now your neighbors. Congratulations.
Now, Joe Biden is preparing to remove the last remnants of my Title 42 policy, just a few weeks from now, wiping out the few remaining shreds of our southern border. Hundreds of thousands of people will pour in that day. And the judge already said that’s what’s going to happen. This will mean complete and total mayhem and utter lawlessness, and unlimited numbers of fraudulent asylum seekers flood into the United States unchecked.
They are unchecked, nobody has any idea where they come from. They don’t know if they’re healthy, if they’re sick, if they’re insane, or if they’re coming from prisons. Already, tens of thousands of illegal aliens have massed on the Mexican side of the border. They’re getting ready to storm across the moment Title 42, which is so important, is officially gone.
Can you believe they’re getting rid of it?
And when that happens, countless more will charge in from all over the world. They’re coming from all over the world. And some of the states like California saying, “come in and we give you free health care, free education.” People hear that from other countries. They say, “well, that sounds good to me.” And they’re making a mass charge toward our border. It’s absolute lunacy.
It will be a mass resettlement of millions and millions of illegal aliens into your communities. And the invasion will be aided, abetted, and facilitated by the Biden administration every step of the way. Every path they take will be made easier by Biden. Congress should move immediately to choke off and terminate all funding for catch and release.
We should ban Joe Biden and the Communists and the administration from using a single federal taxpayer dollar to set loose illegal aliens into the United States. Now is the time we have to fight to make sure our country survives because our country cannot take two more years of this invasion.
And when I take the oath of office on January 20, 2025, we will immediately begin the process of fully securing the border and removing the illegal aliens Joe Biden has unlawfully allowed to break into our country.
