Trying to capitalize on Florida’s hot housing market, former President Donald Trump is increasing his asking price by $10 million for an ocean-front Palm Beach mansion he listed a year ago.
The new price for the Trump mansion, which is located across the street from Mar-a-Lago, is now $59 million. Trump bought the eight-bedroom home from his sister in 2018 for only $18.5 million. The property is currently being sold by an Eric Trump company, keeping it all in the family once again.
