The play “Tot Mom” will come to life at the Sydney Theatre Company in Australia on December 18th.
Under Director, Steven Soderbergh, a compelling drama, which is still unfolding in real life in Florida, will explore the issues associated with the murder of Tot Mom, Casey Anthony’s two-year-old daughter Caylee. The issues include: Why was Caylee’s disappearance not reported to police for over a month? When was Caylee last seen? What was the strange smell in the boot of Tot Mom’s car, and many more.
According to the Sydney Theatre Company’s website, the play was written using transcripts of Nancy Grace’s Show, court document and police reports.
Soderbergh is an American film producer, screen writer and Academy Award-winning film director and is best known for directing films like, Ocean’s Eleven and The Informant.
The play “Tot Mom” will run until January 31st 2010.
In real life, Tot Mom, Casey Anthony remains in an Orange County jail in Florida charged with first degree murder in Caylee’s death.  If convicted, she could face the death penalty.
