DeMar DeRozan’s 21 points lead the Toronto Raptors to a 123-88 win over the Orlando Magic.
With a fifth straight loss the Magic have dropped to 12-18 on the season.
“It’s disappointing but you have to stay positive” JJ Redick said post game.
The Raptors used a 30-7 run in the first half to build a 67-47 lead at halftime.
“We just wanted to push the lead and finish them. We understand they fight from tip-off until the end of the game,” Toronto’s Jose Calderon said.
Andrew Nicholson led the Magic with 22 points and 7 boards.
Orlando was also outscored 36-17 in the fourth quarter.
The Magic will host the Miami Heat on New Year’s Eve Monday, tip-off set for 5pm.
