Three Tampa Women Busted in Orlando for Shoplifting

Orlando Police have arrested three Tampa women who they believe have been involved in a string of thefts from St. St. Petersburg to Orlando.  The women have been charged with grand theft, shop-lifting and dealing in stolen property, primarily clothes.

Brittany B. Brown, 21, Ramesa A. Buemer, 21, and Orlanda Latrice Slater, 30 years, all from Tampa, were arrested in Orlando on Friday, after they were caught shoplifting clothes from stores in the Prime Outlet Mall on 4975 International Drive on Thursday, December 2nd.

The women stole clothes from several stores at the Prime Outlet Mall on I-Drive. These store include, The Children’s Place, the Gap, Aeropostales’, and Aldo.   Aeropostales’ in the Florida Mall was also a target for the women.  Police said that the women used a rented black Chevy Impala in their shop-lifting spree.

Brown, Buemer and Slater have been charged with grand theft, shop-lifting and dealing in stolen property.

Following their arrest early on Friday morning, the women were taken to the Orange County Jail.
