Shoot Out on Silver Star, Gunmen on the Run

Shots rang out in the early morning hours on Thursday when two gunmen shot three persons multiple times, after they left a party at Burdine Court in the vicinity of Hiawassee and Silver Star Road, Orange County Sheriff’s Deputies said.

Deputies responded to a shots fired call at 2209 Burdine Ct around 2:00 am, and discovered 2 victims- a black female, 22 years and black male, 25 years, inside a vehicle at the Shell Station at the corner of Hiawassee and Silver Star Road. Another victim, a black male, 22 years, was found inside a vehicle at the corner of Owasso Court and Ambassador Drive.

All three victims had multiple gun shot wounds to the upper torso and arms. They were transported to ORMC with non-life threatening injuries.

The victims had been at a party at 2209 Burdine and standing outside when 2black gunmen approached and started shooting with handguns, hitting the three victims.
The victims fled the scene in their vehicles.

The suspects are described as 2 black males.   One of the suspects is about 5’1″ to 6’00”, and weighs about 140-150 pounds with shoulder length dreadlocks. He was wearing a white shirt, black jeans, black sneakers and driving a dark blue or dark green Buick or Oldsmobile.  He has fair skin.

There is no other information on the second suspect.
