Three Killed in Airport Plane Crash

Three people were killed and one was badly hurt when a twin-engine plane owned by a Melbourne flight school crashed this evening at Palm Beach International Airport, authorities said.

Piper PA-44, similar to the plane that crashed at Palm Beach International Airport

Bound for Melbourne, the Piper PA-44 Seminole was carrying four people when it crashed during takeoff about 6 p.m. and caught fire, according to the FAA and airport officials.
