Three Arrested for Kidnapping Woman in Central Florida

Three people were arrested for kidnapping a woman in Central Florida.

The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office arrested the three suspects following a kidnapping investigation.

The kidnapping investigation revealed that the victim was approached by 35-year-old Dalberto Mena Schueg and 21-year-old Brayan Parada Balboa, who forced the victim into a vehicle against her will.

Deputies learned the suspects transported the victim to a separate location within Hillsborough County, where she was battered, resulting in visible injuries. Parada Balboa, along with 25-year-old Danilo Maturell Coasta, then held the victim at that location for several hours.

The victim escaped and sought assistance.

Deputies arrested the three suspects. Dalberto Mena Schueg was charged with: Kidnapping, False Imprisonment, Tampering with a Witness, and Simple Battery (Domestic Violence). Brayan Parada Balboa was charged with: Kidnapping, False Imprisonment, Tampering with a Witness, and Simple Battery. Danilo Maturell Coasta was charged with: False Imprisonment.

“This was a violent and deeply concerning incident that put a victim’s life at serious risk, but thanks to the swift response and relentless work of our deputies, those responsible are now in custody,” said Hillsborough County Sheriff Chad Chronister. “Let this serve as a clear message: if you commit violent crimes in our community, you will be found, and you will be held fully accountable. We will continue to stand with victims and ensure their safety remains our top priority.”

This remains an active investigation, according to local law enforcement.
