Thousands flocked to City Hall Plaza for the City of Orlando’s Blues B-Q on Saturday, February 20th. Now into its fourth year, the event featured blues acts from John Mayall, Shemekia Copeland, The Kevin Maines Band and The Legendary JC’s.
Orlando finest mouth-watering barbecue was available–Porkies, Four Rivers, Sonny’s, Bubbalou’s and Mike’s–for all to indulge.
Presented by Metro PCS, the event’s sponsors included Bright house, Budweiser, 96.5, 94.5, WDBO Tobacco free Florida, among others. The City of Orlando also partnered with Downtown businesses such as FinnHenry’s, Tastings, The Pita Pit, DownTown Pour House and several others that offered specials from free drinks to discounts off food purchases.
Everyone appeared to be having lots of fun at this free Blue B-Q, which attracted music fans from across the state.
