Orange County businessman Derrick Wallace will wed Sharon K. Jones, a native of Memphis, Tennessee, in a civil ceremony on Saturday, November 16, in Orlando.

The public is invited to witness and celebrate the nuptials that will take place at the couple’s home located at 254 South Ortman Drive, Orlando, beginning at 9:00 a.m.

Currently a candidate in the race for Orange County Commissioner, District 6, Wallace has been a builder in the Central Florida community for nearly three decades through his construction firm, Construct Two Group.

“Given my long-held passion of working to improve the local community and the many people with whom I have interacted over the years, Sharon and I would like everyone to share in this joyous occasion,” said Wallace.

“We are asking all guests, in lieu of gifts, to bring unwrapped toys to share with the many needy kids in the community,” he added.

Jones, who holds an MBA from Embry-Riddle University, is a Director of Human Resources in the Defense Industry, with 23 years’ experience.

Derrick and Sharon have four children – Daunte, Naja, Rhyane and Deja.
