Thanks Buddy! Orlando Sees Huge Jump in Rent Prices

Given all the talk of how unaffordable major American cities have become, the team at PropertyClub wanted to see which cities recorded the highest jumps in rents in the past decade. Orlando recorded a 39% growth and went from boasting a median rent of $1,012 in 2010 to $1,409 in 2019, making it the city with the 9th highest jump in rent prices in the past 10 years.
