A teen was shot and killed by another teenager on Thursday night, after an argument developed over a cell phone, authories said.
The shooting occurred at the Carver Village Apartment Complex on Golfview Avenue in Bartow, wtsp.com reports.
Authorities say, 16-year-old Shaquille Rose shot the 18-year-old teen in the head, following an argument earlier over a cell phone.
Rose turned himself into Bartow Police after the shooting. He is being charged with felony murder.
The name of the victim has not been released.
The investigation is ongoing.
