An 18-year-old who flipped the bird and blurted out an expletive at a Miami-Dade judge, has been sentenced to 30 days in jail.
Penelope Soto, who stood before Miami-Dade Circuit Judge Jorge Rodriguez-Chomat, so rubbed him the wrong way with her smiles, laughter and sarcastic ‘Adios,’ after walking away, that he summoned her back on two occasions, nbcmiami.com reports.

Judge Rodriguez-Chomat had enough when, walking way the second time, Soto flipped him the bird and blurted out, [F***] you, that he immediately charged her with contempt of court and imposed a 30-day sentence on the errant teen.
Soto was before the Judge initially, on charges of possession of Xanax.
