Orange County deputies are searching for a man who robbed a bank on Washington Street in Zellwood on Friday and fled with an undisclosed amount of cash.
According to OCSO:
At approximately 12:03 on Friday, a man walked up to a teller at the TD Bank located at 3116 Washington Street in Zellwood.
The suspect handed the teller a note implying he had a weapon and that he was robbing the bank. The teller gave the suspect an undermined amount of cash and the man fled the bank and remains at large at this time.
Deputies said that no one was hurt during the robbery.
The suspect is described as a black male, 5’ 10”, 185 – 190 lbs. He was wearing baggy blue shorts with an orange or red stripe, green shirt, and a multi-colored knit hat.
