Stevens Construction, a healthcare, hospitality and commercial construction manager, has relocated into a new office at 4798 New Broad St., Suite 320, in Baldwin Park to accommodate its acceleration in the Orlando market, announced Michael Waskiewicz, Orlando division manager.
Stevens Construction’s current Orlando projects include PopStroke, a 13,712-square-foot dining concept featuring two 18-hole putting courses designed by TGR Design, a 37,000-square-foot medical office build-out and multiple projects within several Central Florida hospital campuses.
Stevens Construction expanded from its Fort Myers headquarters to Orlando in 2008 to better serve Central Florida clients. The team has previously completed multiple projects for various campuses of AdventHealth, as well as projects for Osceola Regional Medical Center, Hilton Grand Vacations, Buena Vista Urgent Care, Lennar and other hospitality properties.
With offices in Orlando, Tampa, Sarasota and headquarters in Fort Myers, FL, Stevens Construction specializes in providing construction management, general contracting and consulting services to clients and design professionals.
