There will be a Democratic candidate forum featuring candidates running for State Attorney followed by a debate between candidates running in Florida’s 10th Congressional District this Saturday, August 6th. Beginning at 5:30PM, there will be candidate meet-and-greet opportunities before questions are asked.
The State Attorney candidate forum will feature incumbent Jeff Ashton and his opponent Aramis Ayala. The candidates will appear on stage separately, but will answer questions and make their case to earn the community’s vote.
After the State Attorney forum, the 10th Congressional Democratic debate will begin. Fatima Rita Fahm, Bob Poe and State Senator Geraldine Thompson will square off against one another. Val Demings will not attend.
The Democratic forum and debate will be broadcast live via Haitian TV, digital channel 38. The location of the debate will be 6541 N Orange Blossom Trail, Suite 600 (Orlando 32810).
