Stand-Off in Cemetery Ends, after Man Fires Shots

A man was taken into custody Friday afternoon, after police responded to a shots fired call, according to news reports.

Danny Ray Austin, 38, is currently being questioned by Seminole County deputies and Winter Park Police investigators, after a stand-off ended with police.

Authorities say, Austin went to the Glen Haven Memorial Park cemetery in Winter Park.  That’s when shots were fired.  It is not clear why Austin went to the cemetery.

Police said, no one was injured, but Austin could face charges.
