Be a part of the magic when Downtown Historic Sanford transforms into a premier art festival and art experience this weekend, Saturday, May 3, 10am-6pm and Sunday, May 4, 10am-5pm on First Street.

Over 125 regionally and nationally accredited fine artists and craftsmen will line Downtown’s charming brick streets with a selection of paintings, pottery, sculpture, woodworking, photography, jewelry, blown glass and much more. See how art work is created in over fifteen “art-in-action” demonstration sites designed to offer visitors insight into the artistic process.

“Chalk Art on the Avenues” is a new addition this year with artists and school groups showing their talents with chalk on the sidewalks of Sanford.  Be sure to stop by and vote for your favorite chart art block!

Come, relax, sit and enjoy gourmet treats at the culinary arts food court providing fresh handcrafted recipes. Listen to the acoustic sounds of talented performing artists who create a delightful ambience as you stroll around the festival.

Enjoy a day of fine arts and fine crafts, excellent food, drinks and music…Free parking and free admission.
