The South Florida man chose to receive his winnings as a one-time, lump-sum payment of $1,195,000.
Ricardo Martinez purchased his winning ticket from Mr. Baker, located at 10720 W. Flagler Street in Miami.
He claimed his winning prize at the Lottery’s Miami District Office.
