The Orlando Solar Bears came out of hibernation this year to join the ECHL, the premier AA hockey league with affiliation to the NHL and AHL. The Solar Bears are the ECHL affiliate of the NHL’s Minnesota Wild and AHL’s Houston Aeros. The team will play their home games at the Amway Center and currently has a record of 4-2 as the 72-game season opens up.
As the season begins, the Solar Bears are making adjustments to foster a successful year. The current full roster is below. The next home game is tonight, Thursday October 25 at 7pm at the Amway Center downtown.
Individual tickets for all regular season home games start as low as $15. Full and half season ticket plans are still available and will range in price from $225-$1480 per season ticket.
