The driver of a Dodge Charger rear-ended a school bus on Thursday morning, sending six people to a local area hospital.
Troopers said, Jonathan Wilson, 45, heading westbound on State Road 50, hit the back of an Orange County school bus near west Christmas Road, just after 9:00 a.m.
Six people, who suffered minor injuries, had to be transported to Florida Hospital East, Orange County Fire Department said.
Wilson was ticketed for careless driving.
61-year-old Gary Viles, the school bus driver, was unhurt.
