Merengue star Elvis Crespo is being investigated after a woman said she saw him masturbating on an airplane en route from Houston to Miami.
According to a Miami-Dade County police report, the Grammy winner was doing it in view of other passengers on a flight last week.
According to media reports, the female passenger said that the blanket Crespo was using to cover himself moved, leaving his genitals exposed.
