WHAT: “Tip a Cop” for the Special Olympics of Florida fundraising event
WHEN: Wednesday, April 21, 2010 — 4:00 P.M. – 9:00 P.M. (Sheriff Demings will be working the 4 to 8 shift however the event will run from 4 to 9 PM.)
WHERE: Joe’s Crab Shack — 12124 South Apopka Vineland Road, Orlando, Florida
WHY: Sheriff Demings and OCSO staff members will be dishing out crab legs, boiled shrimp, and other seafood delights this coming Wednesday and looking for a generous tips for their excellent service. All the money they raise during their two hour stint will benefit Florida’s special Olympians. We invite you to drop by Joe’s Crab Shack to cover this most worthwhile event and, while you are there, order up some of their tasty seafood… and don’t forget to leave a big tip… it’s for a great cause.
