Secretary of Health and Human Services Kathleen Sebelius will lead a discussion on the “State of Senior’s Health” in Orlando, Thursday, February 2, at the Beardall Senior Center on Delaney Avenue.
Sebelius will highlight health reform law, the Affordable Care Act, makes Medicare stronger by providing important benefits such as cracking down on fraud, new preventive services without co-pays and a 50% discount on prescription drugs for Medicare recipients in the coverage gap known as the “donut hole.”
Sebelius will also discuss an important announcement about Medicare prescription drug savings.
