Satellite Photos Show Early Civilization on Florida Coast

There are hundreds of miles of coastline on both the Atlantic and Gulf Coasts of Florida, as well as the entire coasts, that are covered with remnants of a large water based culture. Satellite photos show evidence of a population that existed BEFORE current sea levels rose an average of 5 to 25 feet, or more. This civilization built agricultural canals, habitat, and navigation channels that are extremely sophisticated and precisely engineered. Some double channels are 300′ to 500′ wide, continuing for many miles in exact straight lines. They appear to indicate hydraulic, aquatic, industrial and mechanical engineering on a massive scale. These systems seem to be as sophisticated as current technology could produce.

Much of the evidence is partially covered by current sea level. Based on known water table rise over the past 10,000 years, he estimates habitation to be sometime post glacial, but appears to be segmented into two different time frames. One about 3,500 years ago, and the other about 8,500 years ago. Estimates of the visible remains in marshes and wetlands, appear to suggest a population of something in excess of 30 million, and possibly much more. These figures are based on the visible areas left intact following modern urbanization and farming of habitable land on the Atlantic Coast.
