Santiago Cruz Released New Single Ahead of Orlando Performance at Judson’s Live

Santiago Cruz released new single “Sigo En Pie” ahead of his Orlando performance at Judson’s Live.

He will be performing live in Orlando at Judson’s Live, which is part Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts, on on September 24th and 25th. In addition to two dates in Central Florida, the “Sigo En Pie Tour” will take Santiago Cruz across Colombia, the United States, Europe and Mexico, with more than 30 concerts confirmed for 2026 and new dates still to be announced for 2027.

The arrival of “Sigo En Pie” also carries a charitable purpose. During the song’s first six months of release, the proceeds it generates will be donated, in partnership with the Association of Food Banks of Colombia (ABACO), to support families affected by the August 10th earthquake in Colombia and the wildfires impacting the department of Tolima. In this way, the song’s message reaches beyond music and becomes a concrete act of solidarity and support. This initiative is joined by the artist’s announced commitment to direct part of the proceeds from the “Sigo En Pie Tour” concerts in Bogotá, Cali and Medellín toward these same causes.

Colombian singer, songwriter and writer Santiago Cruz recently presented “Sigo En Pie,” a new preview of “Fragmentos”, his eleventh studio album, officially set to release on September 16th. Written together with Dominican songwriter Covi Quintana in 2021, the song was born in the aftermath of the pandemic and today takes on a new dimension amid the challenges the world is facing.

With a lively tempo and a guitar arpeggio that carries its first section, “Sigo En Pie” gradually builds into an optimistic march, with a chorus that calls for resilience, for overcoming obstacles, and for pushing forward despite setbacks. It’s a song about getting back up, regaining momentum, and choosing life even amid uncertainty.

“It means so much that we named the Tour after it — the Sigo En Pie Tour. It’s one of the most powerful songs in my catalog, in form and in substance. It’s a cry, it’s a manifesto, it’s believing in the need to move forward, to fall, to get back up, and to keep going, until our very last breath,” said Santiago Cruz.
