The City of Sanford will be hosting a public meeting on Monday, July 30, 2012 at 6:30pm, at City Hall in the City Commission Chambers, 300 N. Park Ave.
The purpose of the meeting is to have a community conversation so citizens can share their thoughts on what would be appropriate ways to express sympathy and condolences for the loss of Trayvon Martin’s life and others who have been killed in our city.
Residents are encouraged to come out and share their views on what would be fitting expressions of respect and compassion.
