Salon Colour-Blind specializes in the maintenance of healthy hair and scalp for all textures. In addition to hair color, color correction, and highlights, other services include hair cut and design, texturizing and finish, and Keratin signature conditioning treatments.
“I created Salon Colour-Blind to provide an exclusive atmosphere for the client that appreciates a habitat of privacy and undivided attention,” notes salon owner and master stylist, Rahmlee Birch. The luxurious hair care establishment provides 130 square feet of comfortable space for personal and uninterrupted service, accompanied by soft music, wines, and delicious comfort snacks to soothe any subtle appetite.
“Mr. Rahmlee,” as he is affectionately called, has practiced professionally in the Central Florida area for more than eleven years. He received extensive training in hair care at the AVEDA Institute in Winter Park, where he became a texture specialist. He is a nationally known educator and platform artist for Namaste Salon Systems, an exclusive relaxer system. He uses salon exclusive Namaste, Pravana, and Moroccan oil products to tailor to the client’s specific needs.
Salon Colour-Blind is located at iStudio Salons, a relatively new concept in beauty salons for hair care professionals that opened in the Dr. Phillips area in April. Appointment only services are offered for clients that include business professionals, trendsetters, media personalities, and housewives. Mr. Rahmlee is often asked to be the chief hair care consultant for television productions, weddings, fashion shows, and other special occasions.
