Sale of The Centro in South Fort Myers Announced

JBM Institutional Multifamily Advisors announced the sale of The Centro in South Fort Myers, a brand new, Class A+, institutional grade asset.




The property is a 264-unit, four-story, 2023-built property that sits on 14.15 acres +/-. The buyer was Continental Properties, and the seller was Geis Companies, a nationally recognized developer that has completed over 1,700+ projects across the U.S. JBM has completed over $316 million in transactions with Continental.
