The sale of the Holiday Inn Express Jacksonville near Mayport Naval Station was recently announced.
DSH Hotel Advisors, a national hotel brokerage and advisory firm headquartered in Tampa, Florida specializing solely in hotel investment sales, announced that their brokerage team arranged the sale of the 70-room Holiday Inn Express & Suites Jacksonville – Mayport/Beach for an undisclosed price last month. Dennis S. Hopper, CCIM, Managing Principal of the firm, and Sam Subodh Patel, Senior Investment Associate represented the seller, Mayport Lodging, Inc., and Randy B. Taylor, Senior Vice President Investments at DSH represented the buyer, PH Lodging Jax Beach LLC.
DSH Hotel Advisors held the exclusive listing with the seller, generating 200+ signed Confidentiality Agreements from qualified buyers and received multiple offers from buyers throughout the country.
