Orange County Property Appraiser Rick Singh on Wednesday reminded business owners and accountants that his office is again offering the opportunity to file Tangible Personal Property (TPP) Tax Returns online by simply uploading a spreadsheet.

“E-Filing establishes the intent of the Orange County Property Appraiser to begin the process of implementing a paperless office. This will provide efficient, expedient, and environmentally sound practices with regard to the OCPA’s responsibilities,” Singh said in a statement. “Our taxpayers operate in real-time and their government should attempt to do likewise.”

The Property Appraiser recently mailed to all business owners a letter with a unique user name and password for filing online. If you lost or misplaced the username and password you may obtain a new one by contacting the Property Appraiser’s Tangible division at 407-836-5049.

To file online, click on the E-File link on our website at www.ocpafl.org.  The deadline to file a tax return is April 1, 2013.
