Richmond American is set to build a new neighborhood in St. Cloud.
Richmond American Homes of Florida, LP, a subsidiary of M.D.C. Holdings, Inc., announced that it recently purchased and closed on 20 homesites in St. Cloud, with an additional 113 homesites set to be closed upon in June. The Central Florida land is a part of Pine Grove, a popular masterplan in Osceola County.
The company said this neighborhood will offer thoughtfully designed homes boasting open layouts as well as professionally curated fixtures and finishes. Richmond American’s floor plans will appeal to first-time homebuyers as well as those looking to downsize without sacrificing desirable home features.
