Richmond American recently purchased and closed on 90 homesites for a new Lake County community.
Richmond American Homes of Florida, LP, a subsidiary of Sekisui House U.S., Inc., purchased the 90 homesites in Tavares.
Scheduled to open early next year, the land is set to become Seaport Village, a new Lake County community.
Seaport Village offers an idyllic mix of small-town charm and modern convenience, making it an attractive option for homebuyers in Central Florida.
