Reward Increases for Information on Orlando Guitarist’s Killer

Winter Haven police have announced the increase in a cash reward for information leading to the arrest of Ralph Ameduri, Jr’s killer. The reward has been increased to $5,500.

Ameduri, a bass guitarist, was gunned down on September 10, while taking a break along with other members of The Legendary JCs, at Jessie’s Bar. The group had stepped out into the back patio area when they were approached by a black male wearing a black shirt, white shorts, with the lower portion of his face covered. The suspect pointed a gun demanding money from the group.  Ameduri was shot once in the head and later died.

“Someonw knows key information about this case,” said Winter Haven Police Chief Gary Hester. “It’s time to step up and give us a call with any information to help us bring this killer in.”

Police have released a composite sketch of the killer, along with two videos.

In the first video (link below), a car is seen dropping off the suspect, police believe. (see upper right hand of video, around .38 seconds.)

Ralph Ameduri, Jr.

Police believe the suspect to be a black male between the ages of 25 and 30 years old, weighing 165-170 pounds and about 5’11? tall. He was seen wearing a black shirt and white shorts.
