Who: West Point graduate and retired U.S. Army Brigadier General Becky Halstead, the first woman in U.S. history to command in combat at the strategic level in Iraq and Afghanistan.
What: General Becky Halstead, will be giving a keynote speech during the Masters Circle’s 2010 Super Conference.
