One of the two devices used in Boston’s terrorist attack was stuffed into a pressure cooker, according to news reports.
The Department of Homeland Security describes pressure cooker bombs as rudimentary improvised explosive devices (IEDs) which have frequently been used in Afghanistan, India, Nepal and Pakistan.
