Orlando grabs the second spot as the most sinful city in America, according to Movoto Real Estate, a nation-wide real estate company.
Using the Bible’s Seven Deadly Sins, including greed, envy, and lust, Movoto’s researchers came up with rankings of cities by translating the sins into some criteria that makes sense for modern city living. The following criteria were used:
- Strip clubs per capita (Lust)
- Cosmetic surgeons per capita (Pride)
- Violent crime per year per 1,000 residents (Wrath)
- Theft per year per 1,000 residents (Envy)
- Percentage of disposable income given to charity each year (Greed)
- Percentage of obese residents (Gluttony)
- Percentage of physically inactive residents (Sloth)
St. Louis, Missouri, topped the list, with another Florida city, Miami nabbing 7th position on the list of top 10 most sinful cities, Movoto reported.
