The suspected killer of a man fatally shot outside a popular restaurant in Kissimmee Sunday night, has been arrested.
Jayson Omar Castillo-Caceres, 28, has been arrested for the fatal shooting of Juan Carlos Quiles, 24, of Kissimmee.
Quiles was gunned down outside the El Cibuco Restaurant on Fortune Road, following an altercation with Castillo-Caceres, Kissimmee police say.
Castillo-Caceres, contacted by detectives Thursday, was uncooperative with the investigation. But witnesses positively identified Castillo-Caceres as Quiles’ killer, police said.
Marianne Crespo Rodriguez, 30, of Orlando present when the shooting took place, sustained an injury to her hand.
Castillo-Caceres was charged with first degree murder, attempted murder and carrying a concealed weapon. He was booked into the Osceola County Jail and is being held without bond.
