Police Respond to Suspicious Incident at Orlando High School

Police are responding to a “suspicious incident” at an Orlando high school.




The Orlando Police Department stated that officers are on the scene at Boone High School, but there does not appear to be an active threat.

“Right now, Orlando Police officers are on the scene of a suspicious incident at Boone High School,” OPD posted. “At this time, there does not appear to be any active threat, and officers are investigating as a precaution.”

In an update, the Orlando Police Department stated that officers checked the campus and completed their investigation. OPD said no credible safety concern was identified.

Local law enforcement did not provide any additional information at this time.
