More details have been provided by Orlando police on the early morning crash that claimed the life of a motorcycle driver on Interstate 4.
Crash investigators say, it appears that the motorcycle driver was going westbound on Interstate 4 and traveled off the roadway at the State Road 408 entrance ramp, striking a concrete pole.
Investigators believe that the crash occurred in the early hours and was not discovered until about 7:30 a.m. Tuesday, as the driver and motorcycle were off the roadway and were not visible during the night.
Police were notified by passing motorists about the crash.
The name of the motorcyclist who died at the scene, has not been released, pending notification of next of kin.
The crash remains under investigation.
