A man armed with a handgun, robbed a hotel on International Drive early on Monday morning, and police would like the public’s help in locating the suspect.
Orlando police said, the suspect entered the Movieland Hotel at 6233 I-Drive around 5:30 a.m., through a rear entrance. Once inside the hotel, the suspect pulled out a handgun, pointed it at the clerk, and handed him a white bag.
The suspect told the clerk that he had 5 seconds to fill up the bag, police said.
The man fled the hotel by way of a rear hallway and with over $300 in cash.
The suspect is described as a black male, who was wearing a white hockey mask and a long sleeved blue shirt and jeans, at the time of the robbery.
