Police are searching for a black male suspect who pulled the trigger of a stun gun on a woman and her child on Tuesday.
The incident happened in the parking lot of the West Oaks Mall in Ocoee around 3:30 p.m.
Police said, the woman and her child were approaching their vehicle when a man displayed the stun gun or TASER causing it to spark.
The woman, in fear for her safety and that of her child, screamed and ran off before the man made any demands.
A perimeter was set utilizing a K-9 unit and the Orange County Sheriff’s Office helicopter, but were met with negative results.

As police continue to investigate this incident, they say, the man’s intentions are not clear at this time.
The suspect is described as possibly in his early twenties, about 5’8″ tall and was last seen wearing white pants and a white shirt with blue writing on the back.
A witness told police she observed a male fitting the suspect’s description running through the north side of the JC Penney parking lot and getting into a tan Ford Explorer or similar style vehicle.
